The behavioral standards that define our community — respect, sportsmanship, and accountability at every Future 360 League™ event.

Purpose

Future 360 League™ is committed to creating a safe, positive, and respectful environment where young athletes can learn, compete, and grow.

Every parent, player, coach, family member, volunteer, and spectator plays a vital role in the culture of the league.

This Code of Conduct establishes the expectations for behavior at all Future 360 League activities.

Every participant is expected to uphold the values of:

Every Future 360 player agrees to:

Players will:

  • Shake hands after games
  • Encourage teammates
  • Accept coaching
  • Win with humility

Players are expected to:

  • Arrive on time
  • Wear proper basketball attire
  • Bring water
  • Be prepared to learn
  • Give maximum effort
  • Maintain a positive attitude

Future 360 Believes
STUDENT BEFORE ATHLETE.

Players should:

  • Attend school regularly
  • Respect teachers
  • Complete school assignments
  • Demonstrate positive classroom behavior

The 24-Hour Rule

If concerns arise regarding:

Team Management

24Hours before requesting a meeting.

Parent Communication

Parents are encouraged to communicate respectfully.

Appropriate concerns include:

Attendance

Participants shall:

  • Keep facilities clean
  • Respect Shoot 360 property
  • Dispose of trash properly
  • Follow parking guidelines
  • Respect neighboring businesses

Children

Parents are responsible for supervising siblings and younger children at league events.

Children may not:

Participants should not:

Parents may photograph or record their own child.

Commercial

Requires league approval.

Official Media

The league reserves the right to produce official media content.

League staff may immediately remove any individual whose behavior:

  • Threatens others

A League-Wide Movement
POSITIVE SIDELINE INITIATIVE

Future 360 League promotes a Positive Sideline Initiative, encouraging families to:

Cheer for effort, not just outcomes.
Applaud great plays by either team.
Allow coaches to coach and officials to officiate.
Focus on player growth and enjoyment.

The Commissioner has final authority regarding:

  • Code of Conduct violations
  • Spectator removal
  • Parent discipline
  • Player discipline
  • Appeals
  • League suspensions
  • Behavioral expectations
