Purpose
Future 360 League™ is committed to creating a safe, positive, and respectful environment where young athletes can learn, compete, and grow.
Every parent, player, coach, family member, volunteer, and spectator plays a vital role in the culture of the league.
This Code of Conduct establishes the expectations for behavior at all Future 360 League activities.
League Culture
Every participant is expected to uphold the values of:
Player Expectations
Every Future 360 player agrees to:
Sportsmanship
Players will:
- Shake hands after games
- Encourage teammates
- Accept coaching
- Win with humility
- Lose with class
- Display self-control
Practice Expectations
Players are expected to:
- Arrive on time
- Wear proper basketball attire
- Bring water
- Be prepared to learn
- Give maximum effort
- Maintain a positive attitude
Academic Responsibility
Players should:
- Attend school regularly
- Respect teachers
- Complete school assignments
- Demonstrate positive classroom behavior
Social Media
Players should:
- Represent themselves positively
- Respect teammates
- Respect opponents
- Avoid bullying
- Avoid inappropriate language
Parent Responsibilities
Parents agree to:
- Encourage all players
- Respect officials
- Respect coaches
- Support league staff
- Promote sportsmanship
- Create a positive environment

Future 360 League welcomes enthusiastic fans.
Spectators are expected to:
- Cheer positively
- Encourage all players
- Respect officials
- Respect facilities
- Respect opposing fans
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are prohibited:
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Facility Rules
Participants shall:
- Keep facilities clean
- Respect Shoot 360 property
- Dispose of trash properly
- Follow parking guidelines
- Respect neighboring businesses
Bench Areas
Only authorized individuals may enter:
Children
Parents are responsible for supervising siblings and younger children at league events.
Children may not:
Online Conduct
Future 360 League encourages positive digital engagement.
Participants should not:
Photography
Parents may photograph or record their own child.
Requires league approval.
The league reserves the right to produce official media content.
Progressive Discipline
Future 360 League generally follows this progression:
Removal From Events
League staff may immediately remove any individual whose behavior:
- Endangers children
- Disrupts competition
- Threatens others
- Damages league property
- Violates league policies
Appeals
- Description of the incident
- Supporting information
- Requested resolution
Suspension
Suspensions may apply to:
Permanent Removal
Future 360 League reserves the right to permanently remove any individual whose actions are determined to be detrimental to:
Positive Sideline Initiative
Future 360 League promotes a Positive Sideline Initiative, encouraging families to:
Commissioner Authority
The Commissioner has final authority regarding:
- Code of Conduct violations
- Spectator removal
- Parent discipline
- Player discipline
- Appeals
- League suspensions
- Behavioral expectations
