Future 360 League™ is committed to providing a safe, organized, and legally compliant environment for every participant.
This chapter establishes the league’s legal policies, participant protections, emergency procedures, privacy standards, and required agreements. These policies are designed to protect players, families, volunteers, franchise owners, coaches, and the league while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism.

Liability Waiver
By registering, parents acknowledge that:
- Basketball involves physical contact.
- Injuries may occur despite proper supervision.
- Participation is voluntary.
- Players should follow all league safety rules.
Medical Authorization
Parents authorize designated league personnel to obtain emergency medical treatment when:
- A parent cannot be immediately reached.
- Immediate medical care is necessary to protect the player's health.

Every player must provide:

All injuries occurring during league activities shall be documented.

Future 360 League is committed to protecting participant information.
The league collects information solely for legitimate operational purposes, including:
Data Security
League records are maintained using secure digital systems.
Sensitive information includes:
Insurance
Future 360 League maintains appropriate organizational insurance coverage.
League insurance does not replace personal medical insurance. Families are strongly encouraged to maintain their own health insurance coverage.
Transportation
Parents are responsible for transporting players to and from league activities unless alternative arrangements have been expressly approved.
Coaches and volunteers should avoid transporting players unless:
- Parent permission has been obtained.
- The transportation complies with league policy.
- All applicable safety requirements are met.
Facility Use
Participants must:
- Respect Shoot 360 Cordova facilities.
- Follow posted facility rules.
- Report damaged equipment.
- Leave facilities clean.
Alcohol, Tobacco & Controlled Substances
Participants must comply with facility policies and applicable laws.
Weapons Policy
Except where possession is authorized by law and permitted by facility policy.

Future 360 League reserves the right to revise this handbook before each season.
Updated editions supersede all previous versions.
Material changes will be communicated to franchise owners and coaches.
