Purpose

The Future 360 Combine™ is the official player evaluation event for all league participants.

The combine is designed to:

  • Evaluate basketball fundamentals
  • Measure athletic ability
  • Assess basketball IQ
  • Promote competitive balance
  • Prepare for the Future 360 Draft
  • Create fair and balanced franchise rosters

Combine Philosophy

Future 360 League believes every player deserves an equal opportunity to succeed. The combine exists to:

  • Evaluate talent objectively

  • Support player growth

Combine Participation

Participation is required for:

Evaluation Standards

Evaluators are expected to:

  • Be objective
  • Eliminate personal bias
  • Evaluate effort and decision-making, not just physical ability
  • Encourage every participant
  • Maintain professionalism
  • Keep all evaluation information confidential

Competitive Balance

The combine exists to support balanced competition — not to create “super teams.”

Basketball Operations may review evaluation results before the draft to ensure parity across franchises.

Combine Conduct

Players are expected to:

  • Arrive on time
  • Wear appropriate basketball attire
  • Bring water
  • Display sportsmanship
  • Listen to instructions
  • Give maximum effort
  • Respect teammates and evaluators

Parent Expectations

Parents are encouraged to:

  • Support and encourage their child
  • Avoid coaching from the sidelines
  • Respect evaluators and staff
  • Allow the evaluation process to occur without interference
