Player Registration, Eligibility & League Entry

The pathway into the Future 360 League — from online registration and documentation to combine eligibility and draft approval.

4.1

Purpose

The Future 360 League™ registration and eligibility process is designed to create a fair, organized, and competitive environment while ensuring every participant meets league standards for safety, age, grade, and conduct.

All players must successfully complete the registration and approval process before becoming eligible to participate.

4.2

Registration Process

All player registrations are completed online through the official Future 360 League website. Registration is considered complete only after all required forms, documents, waivers, and payments have been received and approved by the League Office.

Combine Registration

Every player must register for an official Future 360 Combine session.

Each player receives one of the following statuses through the registration lifecycle:

Age Verification

Acceptable forms of age verification include:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Passport
  • State Identification
  • School Enrollment Record
  • Other league-approved documentation

School Verification

Players must be enrolled in one of the following:

Public School
Private School
Charter School
Accredited Homeschool

Geographic Eligibility

Future 360 League primarily serves families throughout the Greater Memphis area, including:

Memphis
Cordova
Germantown
Bartlett
Collierville
Lakeland
Arlington
Millington
Southaven
Olive Branch
Horn Lake
West Memphis

Residency

Proof of residency may be requested if necessary. Acceptable documents include:

  • Utility Bill
  • School Record
  • Government Identification
  • Lease Agreement
  • Other approved documentation

Medical Requirements

Parents must disclose any medical conditions that could affect participation.

Allergies
Diabetes
Heart Conditions
Previous Injuries
Other significant medical concerns
4.12

Insurance

Parents are responsible for maintaining medical insurance for their child. Future 360 League strongly recommends every participant carry active health insurance.

4.13

Media Release

Parents may choose one of the following options at registration:

  • Livestreams
  • Promotional Videos
Opt Out

Child will not be featured in any public league media. The League will honor all approved media preferences.

4.14

Code of Conduct

Every participant must agree to:

  • League Rules
  • Player Code of Conduct
  • Parent Code of Conduct
  • Sportsmanship Standards
  • Safety Policies
4.15

Combine Requirement

Every new player must attend the official Future 360 Combine. Returning players may also be required to participate.

The combine allows:

  • Player evaluations
  • Competitive balance
  • Draft preparation
  • Skill assessments

Draft Eligibility

Players become draft eligible after each of the following is complete:

  3. 03Payment Received or Payment Plan Approved
  4. 04Combine Completed
  5. 05Conduct Requirements Accepted

Waitlist

If registration reaches capacity, players will be placed on the official waitlist.

Placement priority may consider:

  • Registration date
  • Grade availability
  • Roster needs
  • League approval
4.18

Scholarships & Financial Assistance

Future 360 League may offer limited scholarships based on available funding. Consideration may include:

  • Financial need
  • Community involvement
  • Availability of scholarship funds
4.19

Player Withdrawal

Parents wishing to withdraw a player must submit written notification to the League Office. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the official Refund Policy outlined in Chapter 10.

4.20

Player Transfers

Players may not transfer between franchises after the draft except under extraordinary circumstances approved by the Commissioner. Examples include:

  • Family relocation
  • Medical hardship
  • Administrative error
  • Other league-approved reasons
4.21

Roster Placement

Following the draft, players are assigned to their franchise for the duration of the season.

4.22

Returning Players

Returning players are required to complete registration each season. Previous participation does not guarantee future roster placement. All players participate under the same registration and draft process unless otherwise established by league policy.

4.23

False Information

Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in:

Registration denial
Player suspension
Removal from the league
Loss of future eligibility
4.24

League Approval

The League Office reserves the right to approve or deny any registration in the best interests of:

  • Player safety
  • Competitive integrity
  • League operations
  • Sportsmanship
  • Community standards
