Head Coach Responsibilities
Every Head Coach is expected to:
- Lead practices.
- Develop players.
- Teach basketball fundamentals.
- Promote sportsmanship.
- Model professionalism.
- Manage game strategy.
- Communicate with parents.
- Attend league meetings.
- Follow league rules.
- Support Future 360 initiatives.
Assistant Coach Responsibilities
Assistant Coaches should:
- Support the Head Coach.
- Assist with practices.
- Encourage positive player behavior.
- Assist with player development.
- Help organize equipment.
- Maintain professionalism.
Team Parent Responsibilities
The Team Parent serves as the communication liaison between families and the coaching staff.

Franchise Performance Review
At the conclusion of each season, every franchise will receive a review based on:

Franchise Removal
The League reserves the right to suspend or revoke a franchise license for:

- Failure to pay league obligations
- Repeated misconduct
- Unsafe environment for players
- Damage to the league's reputation
- Fraud or intentional misrepresentation
If a franchise is removed, all Future 360 League intellectual property, branding, and operating rights immediately revert to the league.
