Purpose

Every Future 360 League™ franchise is expected to operate as a professional youth basketball organization.

Franchise owners, coaches, and team personnel are responsible for creating a safe, organized, and development-focused environment that reflects the values and standards of Future 360 League.

Each franchise shall consist of:

Franchise Owner Responsibilities

Every owner agrees to:

  • Represent the Future 360 League professionally.
  • Operate within all league rules.
  • Promote player development.
  • Support coaches and staff.
  • Maintain financial responsibility.
  • Attend required league meetings.
  • Protect the Future 360 League brand.
  • Maintain positive parent relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with league policies.

Head Coach Responsibilities

Every Head Coach is expected to:

  • Lead practices.
  • Develop players.
  • Teach basketball fundamentals.
  • Promote sportsmanship.
  • Model professionalism.
  • Manage game strategy.
  • Communicate with parents.
  • Attend league meetings.
  • Follow league rules.
  • Support Future 360 initiatives.

Franchise Probation

A franchise may be placed on probation for:

  • Failure to meet league standards
  • Financial delinquency
  • Repeated policy violations

  • Unsafe practices
  • Conduct detrimental to the league

Franchise Removal

The League reserves the right to suspend or revoke a franchise license for:

  • Failure to comply with league policies
  • Failure to pay league obligations
  • Repeated misconduct
  • Unsafe environment for players
  • Damage to the league's reputation
  • Fraud or intentional misrepresentation
Reversion of Rights

If a franchise is removed, all Future 360 League intellectual property, branding, and operating rights immediately revert to the league.

Commissioner Authority

The Commissioner has final authority regarding:
